The hotel is clean and spotless. Spa thermal pool opens long hour from 8am to 10pm which is very convenient. Buffet dinner €18 per person is reasonable and food is good. Breakfast is average, lack of hot dishes.
The cafe bar offers some Thai cuisine. They are yummy but very small portions. Me and my husband ordered 3 main courses but were still hungry. We wanted to order the 4th course "Style Thai beef wok" with an additional bowl of rice and we'd pay for the rice. However the waitress refused simply because a bowl of rice is not on the menu! I suggest the hotel to remove the Style Thai beef wok from the menu if they're not able to provide a bowl of rice to go with it. This is authentic Thai style of eating! Very disappointed ! The cafe service need to improve, too rigid, not customer oriented.

La suite que cogimos muy espaciosa y super bonita, camas cómodas, jacuzzi grande, terraza con vistas La habitación muy chula El circuito asón de 3 horas que contratamos una gran experiencia que volveríamos a repetir. A parte de los circuitos que se pagan, el hotel cuenta con un spa público que te entra en el alojamiento que está muy bien para disfrutar en pareja o en familia. Muy recomendable Y si cogéis comidas, tienen un buffet variado y puede pedir a parte de la carta que te ofrecen que está incluido en el precio sin pagar extra Es una bonita experiencia que pienso volver a repetir

Hotel muy bonito, el spa es grande y está muy bien. Los servicios de masajes etc. Estupendos. La habitación daba hacia la parte trasera del hotel, que es precioso. Nos cambiaron de habitación sin problema, porque la primera era con vistas a la carretera y no nos gustó. La comida del desayuno y del buffet estupenda. Único detalle, la ventana no cerraba del todo bien, lo que hacía que sonara el viento por la noche, pero nada grave.

Hemos estado 4 noches en este hotel y ha habido cosas buenas y otras no tan buenas. Cosas positivas: la habitación es grande y limpia, baño completo, cafetería y restaurante. Como cosas menos buenas, el spa está llenísimo de gente y niños que se creen que están en la piscina municipal, el desayuno bufet todo los días tiene lo mismo, no cambia nada y se hace muy repetitivo. Creo que si vuelvo por la zona buscaremos otras opciones.

Acogedor, buen ambiente, quizás debería de controlarse más la zona de SPA ya que hay muchos menores y parece más bien una piscina. Como crítica , la camarera que estuvo de tarde el viernes 28 de febrero, arisca, malhumorada y despectiva y con la que coincidimos al día siguiente en el desayuno y seguía con la misma actitud.

Photo trompeuse, c'est l'arrière de l'hôtel pris avec un angle avantageux. Il se trouve en fait en bord de route dans une zone sans charme. Le spa est monopolisé par les enfants, jusqu'à 20h. Après ce va. La chambre avec baignoire spa aurait pu être sympa car très jolie mais la baignoire fait surtout du bruit et pas vraiment de jets. La literie n'est pas terrible et les chambres bruyantes. La demi-pension est à fuir car le buffet n'a rien d'un buffet d'un 4 étoiles on se croirait à la cafétéria du supermarché ! Pour une nuit à 250€ début mars en demi-pension on s'attend à bien mieux que ça !! Heueusement que ce n'était qu'une nuit et que d'autres hôtels nous ont réservés de bonnes surprises !

Sitio agradable. Personal de recepción de diez igual que los camareros. Hotel limpio el sitio para aparcar afuera. Por poner una pega el spa a partir de las siete no pueden entrar los niños cuando eran las siete medias y había todavía chiquillos. Para repetir
